I have had the pleasure of knowing Tony and Maria for over 50 years. We first met as newly married couples, when we were neighbours in Bessacarr.

One of my first memories of Tony was him building the garage at the end of his drive.
Unfortunately the measurements were slightly incorrect and the car never fitted in the garage.

A more recent memory is a enjoyable and informative trip that Tony organised for us all  to visit  the Bombay Sapphire gin distillery. It is thanks to Tony I took the pledge to only drink Bombay Sapphire.

Memories are to be treasured and revisted so the people we have lost are in our conversations. Saying their names keeps them close.
